GERALD W. LINNENBRINGER

My name is Gerald Linnenbringer, and I would like to thank you for visiting my law firm's homepage.  I started The Linnenbringer Law Firm after graduating from Saint Louis University with a law degree and a master's degree in business administration.

Before attending SLU I obtained my college education from University of Missouri.  After graduating with a bachelors in business administration, I spent half a year working as an associate sales representative at IKON Office Solutions.  The time I spent at IKON delayed my post-graduate education, but helped me develop the understanding and communication skills necessary to ensure my clients receive the price-effective solutions they need.

Included in my legal experience is my work for two law firms in Creve Coeur.  These jobs provided me with indispensible experience researching statutes and case law, correctly applying the law in legal briefs and memos, and, most importantly, in communicating with and meeting the needs of our clients.  In the summer of 2006 I was also able to perform fulfilling volunteer work for the Autism Legislation Project.

In order to obtain experience in the courtroom, I subsequently gained employment in the Madison County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, the Federal Public Defender, and the SLU Law Criminal Defense Clinic.  The experience gained in these positions carries on into my practice today.  My work at the prosecutor's office provided me with valuable understanding into how the prosecution functions.  Further, my time at the Federal Public Defender and Criminal Defense Clinic developed my skills in determining the needs of the client and formulating an effective defense strategy to protect their rights.
